# Privacy

> What Sumvin holds about you, what your agent sees, and what anyone your agent deals with sees.

A Sigil proves that a verified person stands behind an agent. It doesn't hand that person's details to everyone the agent meets.

## What we hold

## What your agent sees

Your agent sees what its tools return, and only for your account:

* whether you are verified, and your next step if you aren't;
* your Sigil, and its own agent identity;
* the mandates it asked for, and the errands it runs;
* the account information you agreed to share when you connected it.

Your agent doesn't see your identity documents. It can't see your other agents.

## What a counterparty sees

When your agent presents a Stamped Mandate to a merchant, a service or another agent, they can learn:

* what the mandate permits, and any amount it allows;
* whether you signed it;
* whether it still stands.

They don't learn your name or your email from it.
