Not part of this preview. The page describes what’s on the way so you can plan for it. Payments, including errand purchases, are coming soon in a fast-follow release, with its own waitlist.
A page with no label anywhere on it is Live — the label only appears where it changes what you should expect.
If a Private preview page doesn’t work the way you’d expect on your account, that’s the label doing its job, not a bug to report yet.
