Every errand runs in the same order: you ask, you sign, then Sumvin searches, checks the merchant, watches for your conditions, and settles the purchase. So every errand normally waits for your signature before it searches for anything — see Sign or decline an errand. You can also sign once against a set of conditions, and let that one signature cover several errands that match them, without asking you again.

Tell your agent what to authorise, and under what conditions

For example: “reorder my usual coffee beans whenever it’s under $12” gives your agent a standing condition to check against, rather than a single one-off purchase.

Review and sign once

You still see the statement, the spend ceiling, and the expiry, and you still sign it yourself — the same as any other mandate. Signing it once is what covers every purchase that matches the conditions you set, until the mandate expires.

Matching purchases go ahead on their own

While the mandate is active, your agent can act on it without stopping to ask you again — but only within the ceiling, the conditions, and the expiry you signed. Anything outside those still needs a new mandate.
From the terminal, each errand needs its own signature before it searches — there’s no flag to sign once for several yet. This mode is currently reachable only through your connected agent.
